It just shows a black screen, if I switch the stream format then it will come back for a few minutes before going again, I've tried poseidon, mjpeg and hls (substream native format is h264) and the result is the same in all of them, the stream works for a few minutes then just goes black. Recording is continuous and works fine however the stream view constantly cuts out when viewing via web or app. I haven't been able to find this issue posted elsewhere so hoping someone may be able to help, I have set up shinobi using a substream as my live stream and the main stream as my recording stream on my Hikvision DS-2CD2347G2-LU.
